Built by a gynecologist who kept hearing the same question.

Karina Hoan, MD, MSCP is a board certified obstetrician gynecologist and a fellowship-trained minimally invasive gynecologic surgeon in Portland, Oregon. She is a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner (MSCP).

Over eight years in practice, more and more of the women she saw came in perimenopause and menopause with questions no one had answered. Hormone care became the center of her work. HOT is the program she built so that other practices can offer that care with the same structure she uses herself.

She is the founder of the company behind HOT and reviews every clinical protocol on the platform.
