For practices
Offer menopause hormone care with a program behind you.
HOT stands for Hormone Optimization Therapy. It is a clinical platform that lets a primary care, OB-GYN or women's health practice deliver perimenopause and menopause care as a structured program, not a one-off prescription.
Most clinicians were never trained in hormone therapy. HOT gives them the protocol a specialist would follow: who is a candidate, which labs to draw and when, how to read them against optimal ranges, how to start and titrate estradiol, progesterone, testosterone and thyroid, what to do about side effects, and when to stop or refer.
Every rule in HOT was written by a practicing physician and is reviewed as evidence changes. The platform runs in a closed environment and stores no more than the visit needs.
- Program
- A six-month visit schedule, seven visits.
- Platform
- Protocol, lab rules and visit records in one place.
- Decisions
- Made by each patient's own licensed provider.
How HOT works.
- Your practice signs up and your providers get a login. We walk your team through the program in one visit.
- A patient enrolls through your practice. She completes a short intake on her phone before her first visit.
- Over six months your provider sees her on the HOT visit schedule. At each visit the platform shows the protocol, the lab rules and her history, and drafts a visit summary for the provider to review, edit and sign.
- She gets her plan on her phone after every visit, so she always knows what she is taking and when she is due back.
What is inside.
- A six-month Complete program with seven visits, covering hormones, labs, body composition, strength, nutrition and sexual wellness.
- Shorter Essentials tracks for labs-only, GLP-1 and sexual wellness care.
- The written HOT protocol for perimenopause and menopause hormone care, including dosing rules and when to adjust.
- Lab rules: which labs, when, and what the protocol does with the results.
- A visit summary drafted for the provider after every visit. The provider reviews, edits and signs it. Nothing goes to the patient unsigned.
- Patient handouts, lab interpretation, dosing ladders, safety screens and check-in forms generated from each visit.
- Ask HOT, a built-in assistant that answers a provider's question only from the written protocols, with the source shown. It is a reference, not a substitute for the provider's judgment.
- Outcome tracking across the program, so the practice can see what changed.
- Patient education written for patients, delivered to her phone.
- Onboarding in person or by video, and support from the HOT team.
Who HOT is for.
Gynecology, family medicine, internal medicine, naturopathic medicine and urology practices, and the nurse practitioners and physician assistants who work in them. HOT fits a practice that already sees these women and wants a consistent way to care for them.
